It gathers information & opinion on a range of organisational and market-oriented characteristics, and applies analytical techniques to help management interpret the data and shape the business for the future.

How executives, managers and other employees access AP2
AP2 enables the secure online gathering of information from within the organisation. This information can be used to help management:
- Understand the views of a range of employees from across the business,
- Set aspirations for the development of the organisation's skills, values, capabilities and processes, and
- Better align the market messaging of the business to the needs of the marketplace and the competences of the organisation.
It is important to stress to each respondent that all AP2 responses will be handled in confidence by a 3rd party. Specific responses or comments cannot be linked by management to any particular employee identity and there are no right or wrong answers; just opinions.
For employees already registered, they should simply log-in and complete the questionnaire. It will only take 5 minutes to complete, but each opinion is very important.
If an employee has not been sent a link to the registration page, they should click the 'register' link and register themselves. Important: a valid Project Code MUST be entered to complete the registration. This will be available from a nominated project coordinator.
For security purposes, an email will be used to activate each account, so valid email addresses must be used.
