AP2 will apply a number of analytical techniques to provide the management of your Company with an insight into how the personality of the business may be being perceived in the marketplace. As everything which happens inside a business has the potential to impact upon its external personality, employee opinions provide a very strong indicator of the personality of the business.
It is important to note that:
your personal registration details are private, are held separately from your responses and your managers will never know how you personally responded to the questions.
the questionnaire takes around 5 minutes to complete, and asks you to rate the capability of the Company in a range of scenarios.

there are no right or wrong answers - just opinions. The best way to answer the questions is to tick the boxes which reflect your initial reaction to each question. There is little value in spending too much time thinking about the meaning behind each question or word association.
