Phase II:Targeting and Tactical Planning

Whereas Phase I considers skills, competences, market dynamics and the longer-term strategic goals of the business, Phase II focuses primarily on Target Market Identification, the cross-matching of competences to market opportunities and the commencement of marketing activity planning. The effort expended in Phase I begins to bear fruit in Phase II as the aspirational goals agreed during the first phase are transformed into a pragmatic short & medium-term plan of action to address the marketplace.
