3 Phase process

What does Business Regeneration deliver?

The Business Regeneration Process is a robust, proven process which has been been deployed, in part or in full, across a range of service and solution-led organisations. The process comprises 3 Phases, with Phase I incorporating the Market Strategy Framework. Each phase can be delivered as a standalone project, or they can be delivered together as an integrated package.

  • Phase I deploys the Market Strategy Framework to:
    • determine how the organisation's existing approach to the marketplace reflects its business strategy,
    • assess the relevance of the current approach to marketing & messaging,
    • consider new markets and routes to market, and highlight areas of positioning and messaging which require attention.
  • Phase II delivers a 2-3 year tactical marketing plan which:
    • reflects the organisation's overall business strategy, and
    • resolves known areas of weakness in the approach to the market.
  • The essence of Phase II is gaining the agreement, support and emotional 'buy-in' of a broad range of executive and operational stakeholders to the implementation of the plan. This can be an area of weakness for many organisations as heritage, internalisation and in-fighting tend to slow the speed of decision-making.
  • Phase III covers the operational roll-out of the agreed marketing plan which reflects the organisation's business strategy. Normally the incumbent marketing team will lead the delivery of the agreed marketing activities, with ConnOptix on-hand to advise, coach and critique. However, it is not uncommon for the organisation to outsource all or part of the Phase III delivery to ConnOptix and its partners.
