ColoAdvisors addresses the emerging market for co-located telecommunication services. They provide advice, research, brokerage and consultancy services to a broad spectrum of clients involved in the delivery and use of high speed fibre connectivity.
ColoAdvisors were approached by a major UK telecoms provider. They were invited to describe how they would conceptualise, design and research the market potential for a service proposition which would take advantage of both company’s capabilities.
“They wanted us to show that we could design, propose and cost a joint product proposition for a new market”, said Donald Cousins of ColoAdvisors. “We needed a process that would bring focus, inspire confidence and allow us to move quickly”.
The ColoAdvisors team worked through the ConnOptix Business Regeneration process, identifying the optimal business strategy, joint product propositions and target markets. “ConnOptix made it very easy for us to determine which product & market combinations would work”, commented Cousins. “The resulting Go-to-Market action plan was professional, pragmatic and very persuasive”.
