Business Regeneration deliverables
Business Regeneration is delivered in 3 Phases. Each phase can be delivered as a standalone project, or can be delivered as an integrated package.
- Phase 1 deploys the Market Strategy Framework to
- determine how the organisation's existing approach to the marketplace reflects its business strategy,
- assess the relevance of the current approach to marketing,
- consider new markets and routes to market, and highlight areas of positioning and messaging which require attention.
- Phase 2 delivers a 2-3 year tactical marketing plan which
- reflects the organisation's overall business strategy, and
- resolves known areas of weakness in the approach to the market.
- The essence of Phase 2 is gaining the agreement, support and emotional 'buy-in' of a broad range of executive and operational stakeholders to the implementation of the plan. This is normally an area of weakness for most organisations.
- Phase 3 is the operational roll-out of the plan which reflects the organisation's business strategy. Normally the incumbent marketing team will lead the delivery of the agreed marketing activities, with ConnOptix on-hand to advise, coach and direct. However, it is not uncommon for the organisation to outsource all or part of the Phase 3 delivery to ConnOptix and its partners.
The 3 phases can be delivered as a standalone project, or as an integrated package.
